You know, a lot of us has quite some free time with COVID-19 striking the United States and I knew that I wanted to keep myself as busy as possible. I have always loved fashion and telling stories so I decided that putting the two together would be fun.
Around two months ago I told my mom that I wanted to start a fashion blog and she said that it could be a good idea. Then a week later we were watching the Bachelor with my dad and he saw one of the girls jobs was "fashion blogger" and he went "what kind of a job is that". He didn't know that it was something that I was interested in but wow did that suck to hear.
I held off for a few months and I continued to work hard at my full time job at Kendra Scott but when we stopped working I had more free time on my hands than I thought I ever would. I knew it was time to start.
I have always loved fashion and I don't think I have always has the best sense of style I do like it keep up to dates on the trends. Before working in the jewelry business I was working retail at Buckle and I loved it. Styling people was right up my alley and I loved putting people in clothes that made them feel good and confident.
I try and do this for myself now that I am not doing it for people on an everyday basis. I have fallen to all of the online sales. I may or may not have shopped and boughten something almost every day since everything started. My family is shocked when a package comes with my name on it day after day.
All of these things happening back to back gave me some time to start a blog and I have been having somuch fun writing a post here and there. One of the days I'll really get started on the fashion posts... my b.
